Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are locally manufactured in Denmark and Sweden. The production is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified, ensuring the best possible quality management systems and environmentally friendly production methods.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The shelf life of the products depends on various factors, making it difficult to provide a single answer. To maximize shelf life, the products should be stored in a cool and frost-free environment.
We recommend using the products within 12 months. If the KABRIC and KABRIC Floor products have been stored for a long time, it may be necessary to stir them with a stirring stick.

How do I purchase DETALE products?
Our products can be purchased directly here on our website. If your country is not available in the list of countries at check-out, please feel free to contact us at hello@detalecph.com.
If you would like advice on colours and textures for a specific project, you are welcome to contact us via email and our social media channels.
Delivery
On all orders with a net value below 135 GBP, 20% VAT will be included in your cart, and your products will typically be delivered to the UK within 5-7 business days.
On all orders with a net value above 135 GBP, VAT will be calculated by local customs and will therefore not be included in your cart. The delivery time may take a few additional days due to local declaration processes.
Once the order has been placed, DETALE CPH will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the products have been sent.
Please note that DETALE is not responsible for any local import fees.
Complaints
How can I file a complaint?
If your product(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please submit a complaint request, by reporting it immediately upon receipt of goods.
Send us an email with a photo of the damage, the box, and the item label and describe the issue.
Please write us at hello@detalecph.com, and our team will reach out to you shortly with a return authorization and further instructions.
