Right of withdrawal

We do not accept returns of products. You can make use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days after we have received the order. You can read more about the right of withdrawl in our Terms & Conditions.

If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you can write to us at hello@detalecph.com (remember to include your order number) or fill out our cancellation form. You will not receive a return label, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
