What is the cost of delivery?
There is free delivery when purchasing colour samples in the EU or for orders above €500.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery to the EU takes 5-10 business days.
Is there tracking available for my order?
Once the order has been placed, DETALE CPH will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the products have been sent.
Can I return my order?
KABRIC, KC14, and KABRIC Floor colours are custom-made and tinted upon ordering. Therefore, we do not accept returns for these items. All other products, such as primers and coatings, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
How do I return goods?
If you wish to return the product, please write to us at email@example.com (remember to include the order number). You will not receive a return label, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are locally manufactured in Denmark and Sweden. The production is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified, ensuring the best possible quality management systems and environmentally friendly production methods.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The shelf life of the products depends on various factors, making it difficult to provide a single answer. To maximize shelf life, the products should be stored in a cool and frost-free environment.
We recommend using the products within 12 months. If the KABRIC and KABRIC Floor products have been stored for a long time, it may be necessary to stir them with a stirring stick.

How can I file a complaint?
If your product(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please submit a complaint request, by reporting it immediately upon receipt of goods.
Send us an email with a photo of the damage, the box, and the item label and describe the issue.
